The San Francisco Decorator Showcase touches the lives of more and more people in the Bay Area each year. On average, 25 leading interior designers showcase their work, 20,000 visitors tour the house annually, and 1,000 students, parents, faculty, trustees, alumni, and friends volunteer.
Since 1977, the annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase
has benefited the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid
Program and Enrichment Fund. Through the generosity of its patrons and
the participation of designers, students, parents, faculty, trustees,
alumni, friends, and visitors to the Showcase, this event allows SFUHS
to offer financial aid to approximately 20% of its students. The funds
raised have provided approximately $6.1 million in tuition assistance
to students over 24 years. The 2002 Showcase raised $473,000.
